Dear Co-ordinator,

This is a humble request made under Access of Information and Privacy Coordinator. Please help me providing with the following:

A detailed description of the mis-transferred deliveries and the products which were damaged while delivering in the year of 2022. I would like to get every detail regarding the false parcels from the period of Jan1,2021 up till Jan 1,2022.

Explanation for the request-

The major objectives for requesting all the details to get better quality of services to avoid similar issues in future and the improvement needed in the shipping and handling processes. To be more transparent and loyal to their customers so that there will be more accountability regarding this matter.

  5. Hey Tushar, I think your request is very interesting, as I think most people can connect with their package being damaged or lost. I think one way to improve would be to maybe go more specific with the shipping company like say for fed ex or something like that nature, but your topic is very interesting and makes me want to read an article on this topic.

  6. It is a unique thing to think about. Because i could never think about this i think it is from tushar's experience that he must have his packages damaged by Canada Post while delivery.I am also egar to know now about this information.
