Neighborhood description: The " Robson" area of greater Vancouver is neighborhood where i live.
The three things about my neighborhood.
1.
Neighborhood records smallest family percentage
The 80.4%
families have 2 members, which is a very large percentage of families around
this area.
As mostly,
there’s only couples who live together but not the whole family. This will be
help in future owing to increasing spendings it’s hard for most of the
population to maintain their expenses.
2. In
Neighborhood adults have high percentage of low-income LIM
Around 87.3
% of people above age of 18-64 have low income. This is shocking that the
inequality rate is much higher than another area.
Although,
this area has many job opportunities but don’t know what factor affecting for such
a higher low-income rate. The major reason could be that this place is really
expensive and leads to having low salary folks.
3.
Neighborhood has less illiteracy rate.
Only 2.1 %
of total population has no high school diploma or equivalency.
This clearly
show that this area has most educated people. People from this area are found
to be smarter and more productive than Vancouver CMA.

ReplyDeleteHello tushar, I enjoyed studying statics of robson street. One of the main areas of Vancouver. You talked about very interesting data. But, exciting to learn the comparison of your area with Whole Vancouver CMA. It shows that people with average income are residing in Vancouver. Interesting!!
ReplyDeletei like tushar has chosen income to write and said that reason is not known behind this low income. it is strange that people have low income because there are couples only living and they should have high income I suppose. his blog was short and clear.
